Customer has up to 48 hours after delivery to contact AnTy Dubs, via email customerservice@antydubs.com Customer must include detailed information along with pictures. All transactions will be addressed individually.

Orders can only be canceled as an update. Customer must cancel their order within 24 hours after purchase. Customer must complete a new transaction if customer forget to add additional items after original purchase.
